Shipping Policy
At Vendora Goods, we strive to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer standard shipping for all our products. Items will arrive within 5-10 business days for U.S. customers and 12-17 business days for customers outside of the U.S. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items from your order by following these steps:
Return Process: To return an item, please contact us at vendoragoods@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. In your email, please provide your order number, description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please send us 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item to vendoragoods@gmail.com.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
